Contributing to DX at SMEs Using a Business Platform Based on Business Chat

Our medium- to long-term vision is to create "Super Apps for Business*1" based on Chatwork's business chat, which will serve as a starting point for small- and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). One of the key strategies to achieve this vision is our incubation strategy. This is a solution provided to users using Chatwork as a starting point, which has an unparalleled platform and user contact points, together with various exceptional internal and external DX-related services that support business. This lineup will be greatly expanded going forward. In addition, we create value for both ourselves and our partners by enabling efficiency in approaches and service provision via our robust communication channel of chat touchpoints. We will help expand DX initiatives and improve productivity at Japanese SMEs, which are estimated to number over 3.5 million companies*2, through this unique DX advancement strategy.

Achieving Stability and Information Security Appropriate for IT Infrastructure that Supports Over 386,000 Corporations*1

Our business chat is used as a tool by more than 386,000 corporations*1 to replace email for daily business communication, including for confidential information. As a result, the IT systems that support our services are expected to operate stably 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. It is also expected that we have guaranteed quality and information security so that all companies can use it safely, and which protect against all kinds of information leakage and damage risks.

We have built an information security management system in accordance with international information security standards*2. We also go to great lengths to conduct regular security audits and other measures to ensure a level of security that makes these services suitable for use by large corporations and government agencies.
These efforts allow us to provide a secure IT environment at a reasonable price to many SMEs, which face challenges in ensuring the stable operation of their IT systems and information security.
